We Love We Live....
Sound is everywhere. Sound is powerful. But most importantly, it’s captivating. Just think about how easy it is to get a song stuck in your head such as sound of breaking glass, siren head sound.
That’s why, with a growing awareness of its many benefits on mental and emotional health, we see the science of sound sending its invisible waves through the world of well-being next year. Just remember, you heard it here first.
Take a look around. What you perceive to be empty space around you is actually teeming with sound waves and vibrations, speed of sound in miles per hour. If only we could see it: the smooth, rhythmic wavelengths of music. The rough, jagged lines of random and unorganized noise. But the sound is invisible, meaning we can only experience how it feels (think nails on a chalkboard or “your song” playing at the grocery store).
There is a connection between sound and health and sound and healing.” The mechanics of hearing are somewhat straightforward, “but what we hear and how we hear it and how we perceive sound is more complex,” she said. “Our bodies take in our surroundings.
Sound healing created time and space for people to shift their focus to self-care practices, to see the results wellness lifestyle. People became curious about healthy ways to spend their time and began in-home workouts, meditation practices, and explored new modalities such as sound baths.” In a sound bath, participants lie comfortably on the floor, while the practitioner plays instruments that yield different vibratory qualities, “bathing” them with sound. “Many people leave a sound bath feeling that their anxious, fearful thoughts have quieted and been replaced with a deep sense of calm and a stronger connection to their true self.” No wonder sound baths are on the queue for 2022.
On the other hand, we have music and different genres and frequency. It is very important what do we listen to each day and music espouse when out. For example, famous artist Jamal Edwards music, a young artist who tried to play and bring together different music genres.
We are vibrating on a frequency and to feel the earth’s energy we need to allow it and be more grounded. We can listen while working on the laptop for example frequencies called the Schumann resonance frequencies. These frequencies belong to the group of natural electromagnetic earth energies. They are very important for us because they induce brain states that help us relax, heal, and perceive and experience Earth energies.
“Schumann Resonance”. A 7.83 Hz frequency is an alpha/theta brainwave frequency in the human brain. Alpha/Theta brainwave frequency is relaxed, dreamy, sleepy state, that is also when cell regeneration and healing happen. It is no surprise that people nowadays, especially in bigger cities, are unbalanced, irritated, reactive, angry and diseases are rising in astronomical numbers. We live in a time of technology, with superficial wavelengths that disrupt the natural earth’s frequency. Wifi, cell phones, and an array of electronics are part of our everyday lives. It is also why our bio-electromagnetic waves are out of balance. We are out of balance with Earth’s electromagnetic frequency. For example, the frequency of radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation (what powers cell phones, TVs, radio, etc) ranges from 30,000 Hz to 300 Billion Hz. That is a significant amount more than 7.83 Hz that the earth radiates. No wonder we are all out of balance and crave healing.
It has been proven by scientific experiments that by tuning into 7.83Hz, the planet’s magnetic frequency people experience benefits like enhanced learning/memory, body rejuvenation, balance, improved stress tolerance, anti-jetlag, anti-mind control, and grounding. On the other hand, experiments were done, where Schumann resonance, the exposure of 7.83 Hz frequency was removed from individuals environment. The subjects reported migraine headaches, emotional distress, and other health problems. This shows how important it is to be in tune with the Earth’s magnetic frequency.
