WHAT: Weekly Practice – Affirmations. Repeat 300-500 times daily.

This week I choose to practice affirmation. Why? Affirmations are very powerful and work well when we are working on changing negative thoughts to positive thoughts. They also support our self-development and belief system. Practicing an affirmation also helps with becoming more confident.  Practicing positive affirmations can be extremely simple, and all you need to do is pick a phrase and repeat it to yourself.

How to Practice

Choose one affirmation and repeat it every day between 300-500 times for a week. To strengthen your self-love you can try with: ” I approve of myself”.

You can repeat the affirmation 300-500 at once or split and repeat it 3 times in a day, such as in the morning, afternoon, and evening, 100-150 each time. Find a quiet place, sit down, relax, and start repeating. Do not just say it but try to feel the emotion, visualize and believe that already manifested and is done whatever your affirmation is about.
