Self-care Flow is designed to help women stay balanced and flourish, at every stage of your life. You can choose your own flow by selecting how, where and when you want to take care of yourself.
A variety of mind and body well-being sessions await for you to choose what fits your needs. You can combine with your own flow, up to 15 session, to be experienced in your own time, in your home city of Barcelona.

Explore the flow of mind and body rejuvenation sessions:
SPA HOUR – Here you can rest, be pampered and restore natural balance to your body and mind. This session offers jacuzzi relaxation and water massages, sauna and steam room.
AQUA CYCLING – Aqua Body Studio combines the invigorating experience of cycling with the refreshing element of water. It’s a 45 minute activity that combines aqua gym with spinning. You will tone your body while protecting your joints. You will improve your body posture and lung capacity.
Aqua cycling session is a cardiovascular fitness that builds endurance, flexibility and muscular strength. The support of the water greatly reduces the risk of muscle and joint injuries (ideal for injury rehabilitation). The water element offers a stress relief as it massages and cools you, giving you a feeling of weightlessness and a sense of well-being. Extra bonus, firmer skin and help with cellulite.
ZUMBA – 60 minutes blend of cardio exercises and dancing. Here you can shake it to Reggaeton, Merengue and Salsa sounds, while burning extra calories. This session is not only effective fitness but also has you smile from ear to ear!
CROSS PILATES – This is a mind and body strength increasing session, combining traditional pilates with elements of crossfit. You can expect to increase your flexibility as your muscles lengthen and elasticize. You’ll practice proper breathing and you can count on improving your body posture. The crossfit element will add improved balance. Energy increase and weight management are two additional benefits of this session.
PADDLE SURF – 1.5 hours of a magical paddling experience on the Mediterranean while enjoying a spectacular sunrise. This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and start your day with positive energy and stunning views of the city.
SAP YOGA – 1.5 hours of a pure connection between paddle surfing and yoga in a beautiful waters of Barcelona or Badalona. SUP Yoga provides a combination of a stand-up paddles (SUP) and gentle yoga postures. This is a very special mindfulness practice, for the peace of heart and mind/body balance. It leaves you feel strong, rejuvenated and charged with the rising sun’s energy.
