Affirmations are sentences repeated often, so much so they become believes about oneself, other people, the world, life, everything. They are aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind which then affects our behavior, thinking patterns, habits, and environment.

Affirmations can be charged with negative emotions or positive and supporting personal growth.

Conscious affirmations are carefully chosen sentences that offer emotional support and encouragement. They help us grow as a person in whatever direction we choose to shift.

Positive affirmations are very powerful. Why do you ask? It is because they release you from negativity, fear, worry, and anxiety. When particular affirmations are repeated over and over again, they begin to take charge of your thoughts. You will slowly become changing your pattern of thinking and most importantly changing your life.

Louise Hay in her book ‘’You Can Heal Your Life’’, who I love the listen, outlines the causes of physical symptoms and the affirmations one must repeat to heal the illness. Not only that but you can change the all way of your thinking to live the life you desire and deserve.

One of the exercises you can do easily is: For a month repeat around 300/400 times per day: ‘’I approve of myself’’ and you see the change coming.

Mindset Shifting Affirmations

I see any resistance patterns within me only as something else to release. They have no power over me.

I am the power in my world.

I approve of myself the way I am changing

I am doing the best I can. Each day gets easier.

I am re-choice that I am the rhythm of the flow of my energy changes in my life.

Today is a wonderful day and I chose to make it so.
