INNER FIRE Gym is opening its doors this month as an online mind training space offering a series of regular mental workouts designed to improve members’ emotional well-being.
Designed and managed by ICONIQUE Performance, the INNER FIRE Gym brings 15 years of experience in organizational psychology, personal development, and emotional well-being.

The INNER FIRE Gym brings together self-conscious members, to whom mental and emotional well-being is a habit, not a one-off event.
It is for when you want to “work out” your mental and emotional fitness through structured, repeatable, and engaging sessions — just like you would train your body at a gym.

The Approach & Objectives
We propose a membership-based mind training program where members “work out” their mental and emotional fitness through structured, repeatable, and engaging sessions — just like they would train their body at a gym.
The focus is on emotional balance and resilience, mindfulness, self-awareness, stress regulation, mind-body wellness, and interpersonal skills, using a blend of coaching, personal development, and practical exercises.
We combine coaching, neuroscience, and practical exercises in a structured, gym-style program.
The gym objectives are:
Increase members’ levels of personal life satisfaction and emotional balance.
For members to live from insight-out and be fully in control of their emotional health.
Restore inspiration, engagement, and co-responsibility for everyone’s well-being and success.
