About

A new multi-billion dollar sleep industry is emerging. The growing problem of sleep deprivation opens a wide range of attractive market opportunities for both private equity investors and consumer-oriented companies.

In response to this we have launched SOMNEX | The Sleep Show, the first ever exhibition dedicated to sleep-health. Opening its doors to 10,000 visitors, the event aims to ignite this nascent and fast-moving industry to come together to exchange knowledge and create new partnerships.

This one day trade and two day consumer exhibition will feature over 120 companies showcasing their innovative products and technology, multiple content stages, sleep experts and interactive experiences

Purpose

SOMNEX | The Sleep Show is an independent and neutral platform designed to bring the entire sleep industry together as well as generate better awareness around the impact of poor sleep for consumers and how they can improve it. Our vision is to help accelerate this entire industry as well as create greater awareness amongst consumers. The Great British Bedtime Report revealed that almost a third of us (30%) getting a poor sleep most nights. The top three reasons remain the same as 2013: stress and worry (45% vs 53%), partner disturbance (25%); and noise (20% vs 18%).
